Packages will be picked up at the stores on the deadline shared above. Please make sure your packages are delivered before that time.

CHRISTMAS INFO

1) Wrapping is allowed. We recommend to wrap the most important items only.If customs require to unwrap some items we will require to open your wrapping.
2) You are welcomed to drop off Christmas packages between October 19th and November 2nd at our drop off locations
3) Why is the drop off cut off date so early?
• Many missions hold their Christmas conference earlier and earlier in the month.
• We want to have everything delivered the first week of December the latest.
• It requires a lot of time and work to prepare all packages. The earlier you leave it the more time we have.
• The later the cut off date the harder it becomes for us to plan shipments because airlines start to apply embargo’s for the holiday season
• If there is any issue with your package we have sufficient to time to solve the problem
