Packages will be picked up at the stores on the deadline shared above. Please make sure your packages are delivered before that time.
SPECIAL STORES BENEFIT- Whatever additional items you buy at the stores, will be shipped for free:
1 – If you want to add anything to your package that you buy at the store, the cost to ship those items will be covered by our partners, in other words, its FREE for you.
*(Free shipping will be only for those additional items purchased at the store, not for the other pounds in your order)
1) Wrapping is allowed. We recommend to wrap the most important items only.If customs require to unwrap some items we will require to open your wrapping.
2) You are welcomed to drop off Christmas packages between October 19th and November 2nd at our drop off locations
3) Why is the drop off cut off date so early?
• Many missions hold their Christmas conference earlier and earlier in the month.
• We want to have everything delivered the first week of December the latest.
• It requires a lot of time and work to prepare all packages. The earlier you leave it the more time we have.
• The later the cut off date the harder it becomes for us to plan shipments because airlines start to apply embargo’s for the holiday season
• If there is any issue with your package we have sufficient to time to solve the problem

Disclaimer: Our responsibility of shipping the packages is until they get to the mission office. Once package is delivered tell your missionary to follow up with the office. We give ourselves from 3-7 business days to deliver your package after they arrive to the country
