1) Wrapping is allowed. We recommend to wrap the most important items only. If customs require to unwrap some items we will require to open your wrapping.
2) Early Shipments Dates: Deadline on Saturday, October 18th (Packages leaving between October 23rd and October 31st)
Mid November Shipments Dates: Deadline on Saturday, November 1st (Packages leaving between November 6th and November 14th)
Late Shipments Dates: Deadline on Saturday, November 8th (Packages leaving between November 20th and November 25th)
3) Why is the drop off cut off date so early?
• Many missions hold their Christmas conference earlier and earlier in the month.
• We want to have everything delivered the first week of December the latest.
• It requires a lot of time and work to prepare all packages. The earlier you leave it the more time we have.
• The later the cut off date the harder it becomes for us to plan shipments because airlines start to apply embargo’s for the holiday season.
• If there is any issue with your package we have sufficient to time to solve any problem.
